Oska Zaky is a South West of England based Performer, Songwriter, Producer & DJ. Oska is a music scholar at Millfield School who has lifted contemporary music within the school to be recognized more. Oska thrives on performance; he played Glastonbury Festival officially in 2017 at the revered Rabbit Hole & The Avalon Café Stage. He’s had a buoyant year of gigs and is popularly received on the local circuit. Featured on BBC Introducing in February 2018 for MusicExpo often featured on local radio including BBC Somerset for Millfield School, GFM 107.1 and PULSE 104.4FM. This year he’s judging the finals of Youth Glastonbury Battle of the Bands. He secured auditions 3 years in a row for the Pilton Party in assoc. with Glastonbury Festivals and was the opening act in January 2016. As a musician he plays guitar, double bass, piano, bass guitar and drums. Oska learnt the guitar to support his singing inspired by meeting Brittany Howard of the Alabama Shakes at Glastonbury 2014. Now actively writes and composes his own music. Oska has gigged in London, Bristol, Bath, LA, Santa Monica, New York, Spain, Portugal, Ghana, China & Egypt.
